My Doctor has a good friend in Hawaii, named Jeff, who has cancer in his brain. All that man can do has been done and is being done, but the outlook is not good. They are not giving him more than a year to live. This man has a family, a small child (toddler), and desperately requests the prayers of the faithful to bring a miracle of healing into his life. I believe we can do this, can you help me??? Let's stand in unity here against the demon of cancer, and pray God's healing hand down upon this man.......I don't know this man, or his beliefs, but my Doctor believes in the power of prayer, and that is all I need to know. Amalio is a good man, knows and believes in the Lord but is losing faith because of the legal system. Sherry has filed a court motion for obtaining physical custody of her 14 year-old daughter, because she hasn't been allowed to see her since January. Request: Dear Prayer Warriors, I learned today that a dear friend is seriously ill and I am asking for your prayers. Claire is in her late eighties. She is a vibrant, vital soul with a great devotion to Our Lord. She attends Mass everyday and is also the Church librarian. Last week she had some chest pains and was admitted to the hospital. Apparently when it was time to change her bedding, she was taken out of the bed and left to stand by it as the attendant changed the sheets. While standing, Claire lost her balance and fell, breaking her hip, leaving her in extreme pain. This past weekend she was operated on to repair the fractured hip. Following surgery, Claire suffered a stroke. She is now in stable but critical condition, and her right side is paralyzed. Please pray for this dear and exuberant woman. Also, if you feel so inclined, please send her a card letting her know that you are praying for her. Miracles happen everyday, let's envision one and pray for one of complete healing for Claire.

Each of the world's areas is listed with the relevant time zones in a section called Regions. All those joining in from the different areas around the world will be added to a section called Participants and as new members join the Prayer Circle the numbers from each area will be added to the list. That way you will know how many we have and from where. (I could get an awful shock and find no one, but somehow the Lord works in the strangest of ways His wonders to behold!) Included below is a location space, please be specific so that your place can be added to the list in the right region. If you wish to join in perhaps you could check out the various regions and see if your place is included. Also included is a denomination space - it will be lovely to know how many different groups we get, even those with no beliefs, and if that is the case please just put 'none' in the space. For anyone interested, you can find this list as Denominations.There is a page with general Intentions listed and I've tried to make it as broad as possible. There is also a page for you to send in your personal Prayer Requests and for Thanksgivings, set up as a form, the results of which will be available for all to read in our Prayerbook and Thanksgiving Book. Answers to prayer encourage us all, so please include them too in the Thanksgiving section. Please keep your comments short - all will be added - but take heed of the comments below.
I must point out though that editorial right exists and requests felt to be inappropriate, destructive or satanic will not be added as written but turned around as a prayer for the real underlying needs of the person who submits them. So anyone trying to be 'phunnie' could get the shock of their lives - God works in Mysterious Ways!
As we all spend our 10 - 20 minutes together we should be conscious of the needs of everyone in the group and perhaps also include their listed or unspoken intentions in our prayers. Various prayers and prayer methods are included in the Prayers section with further links to prayer pages. If this succeeds it will be under constant attack, so I'd ask that everyone prays a binding prayer of heavenly protection for us all every day.
